This is an autobiographical novel that reflects many of the personal and professional challenges Wayne has experienced including becoming a chief engineer on a tugboat.  Sometimes it is good to become aware of other’s challenges, as it gives hope to us, so we know we too can overcome even the worst of circumstances.
