Cassidy is an assistant professor of sociology at Emory University. After 6 years of teaching technology classes to first-generation, low-income, middle-school students, she became aware of how being good with technology is not something people are born with, it’s something they learn.  Redefining the term Geek is her goal by letting go of bias and discovering the 5 hidden habits of tech-savvy teens.
