David currently is serving time in a prison on the east coast. I became aware of his publication through a publisher and received his material.  It is one of the most insightful and thought provoking publications about what the life on the streets of New York, for that matter it could be Seattle, and how one lives in shadows most of us wouldn’t want to be associated with at all.
