This is not just a beautiful publication but also very informative for everyone who wants to be prepared for disasters, avoiding as much loss to home and property as possible.  Boyce has done a lot of work with people who live in areas frequently plagued with storms and other various conditions.  Be prepared is his motto and I agree.
