Dealing with narcissistic behavior at any time can be a major challenge. When it occurs between mothers and daughters it can be very negative, affecting the daughter in negative patterns that can seriously affect their interactions with others in a significant way. To undo the patterning that destroys self-esteem takes time but it can be done. We’ll be discussing some of the resources/tools to assist in reframing one’s outlook on life and their participation in it.
