Josephine, who is the mother of 7 children, felt that she needed to share how important it is to cherish and enjoy the pregnancy experience. With her first 3 children she was so preoccupied with worries about the future and daily life that she didn’t enjoy that 9-month journey. She found the tools that enabled her to make the shift so pregnancy was a stress experience. She now teaches others to do the same. A unique subject but an informative one.
